Legal terms for our online store

1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

2. Who We Are

Our store is operated by a company established in Cyprus under the brand "NÉVOR Paris". Contact: all@noblime.com. We will provide our returns centre details on request during the return authorisation (RMA) process.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Purchases are for personal, lawful use only (no resale without written consent).

4. Product Information & Availability

  • We aim to describe and display products accurately; minor variations may occur (e.g., colour due to displays, production tolerances).
  • All items are offered subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order with a prompt refund if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

5. Prices, VAT & Currency

  • Prices are shown in EUR. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, consumer prices are VAT-inclusive in accordance with EU VAT/OSS rules.
  • Shipping fees and any surcharges (e.g., remote areas, oversized items) are shown at checkout.

6. Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via Stripe (major cards and supported wallets where available) and PayPal.
  • Payment is taken at checkout. Orders may be subject to automated fraud checks; we may refuse or cancel a transaction to protect customers and our business.

7. Ordering & Contract Formation

  • After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. The contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation or when the goods are dispatched, whichever occurs first.
  • Please check your details carefully. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate information provided at checkout.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Orders are dispatched from France to EU destinations shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation. They do not include customs delays (for non-EU destinations if available).
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address or collection point you selected. Title transfers only after full payment is received.

9. Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are an EU consumer purchasing at a distance, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Period: 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods. For multi-item orders delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
  • How to withdraw: Email all@noblime.com with a clear statement (order number, items, your name). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form in Section 15, but it's not mandatory.
  • Effects: We will refund all payments received from you for the returned goods, including the cost of standard delivery (if charged), no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back—whichever is earlier.
  • Return shipping: Unless we explicitly offer a free return label, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. We will provide the returns centre address during RMA.
  • Diminished value: You are liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (like in a shop).

10. Withdrawal Exceptions

You cannot withdraw from the following (to the extent permitted by law):

  • Made-to-order, personalised, or clearly customised goods.
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are after delivery inseparably mixed with other items.

11. Returns (Change of Mind) & Exchanges

  • To initiate a return, contact us for an RMA within the applicable period. We will share packing instructions and the returns centre address. Do not send items without an RMA.
  • Where offered, exchanges are processed as a new order after we receive the return.

12. Defects & Legal Guarantee

  • You benefit from the EU legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of 2 years from delivery. If goods are non-conforming, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or if that is impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or refund as provided by law.
  • Please notify us promptly with photos/videos and your order number. We will provide return or inspection instructions if needed.

13. Promotions, Gift Cards & Errors

  • Promotions may be limited in time/stock and subject to specific rules shown with the offer.
  • We may correct obvious errors (including pricing) and cancel orders placed in reliance on such errors with a full refund.

14. Liability

  • We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
  • We are not liable for losses not caused by our breach or for business losses (e.g., loss of profit, revenue, contracts) when you buy as a consumer.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We may consider amicable dispute resolution (ADR) on a case-by-case basis. The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued by the European Commission.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
